2、具有一定的开拓意义。战略管理和财务预测的融合是历史的必然．在这一思想指导下，本文通过对企业财务预测的论述分析，将目前常用的一些财务预测方法进行剖析、比较，指出其优缺点，综合了战略管理和财务预测的研究方法，主要采取规范研究，系统地论述财务预测、财务战略问题，使理论更有效地指导实践，帮助企业构建以创建核心竞争力，创造价值，最终实现价值最大化的财务预测机制。本文从研究方法来看，将系统论引入战略财务管理的研究，运用复杂科学处理财务经济系统中的问题，如对环境一企业一财务资源一预测方法的系统分析，对财务学方法论进行了有益的尝
