1、青岛大学硕士学位论文颈动脉粥样硬化斑块钙化危险因素初步研究姓名：韩立堂申请学位级别：硕士专业：神经病学指导教师：滕继军20120601颈动脉粥样硬化斑块钙化危险因素初步研究摘要研究目的探讨颈动脉粥样硬化斑块钙化的危险因素以及与颈动脉狭窄的关系。研究方法选择青岛大学医学院附属医院神经内科并住院的患者，其中行头颈部CTA检查者156例，所有患者经颅脑CT或MRI检查，去除蛛网膜下腔出血和脑梗死患者，共有121例患者入选，其中颈动脉(以颈动脉分叉上下各2cm范围内)钙化者56例，其中单侧钙化者24例，双侧钙化者32例；无颈动脉钙化者65例，同时排出合并感染、心衰、肝肾功能不全及结缔组织病者。对

2、钙化组以及非钙化组危险因素进行比较，探讨颈动脉钙化的相关危险因素；分析钙化与颈动脉狭窄的关系。研究结果钙化组与非钙化组比较中，男性、年龄、高血压病史、超敏C反应蛋白、以及血钙、血磷、钙磷乘积差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)：其他动脉粥样硬化的相关危险因素之间无显著性差异；与脂代谢之间无相关性。颈动脉狭窄程度越重，钙化程度越高，在颈动脉中重度狭窄的检出率越高，小于50％狭窄组与大于50％狭窄组斑块钙化程度之间有显著性差异(f=6．15，P<0．05)。研究结论男性、年龄、Hs．CRP、高血压病史，以及血钙、血磷、钙磷乘积是颈动脉斑块钙化的重要危险因素，同时颈动脉钙化斑块颈动脉钙化程度与颈动
