2、其影响不甚敏感.进而,考虑电子有效质量、材料介电常数及禁带宽度随流体静压力的变化,所得结果显示,结合能之差在压力作用下明显增大.由此说明,在以后相关问题的理论工作中,应考虑导带弯曲的修正.进而,引用LLP中间耦合方法处理电子一体纵光学(Lo)声子的作用,在杂质态结合能中计入光学声子模的贡献.比较了有无声子作用时结合能随阱宽、铝组分的变化关系以及压力效应.结果显示:L0声子降低了杂质态结合能,此作用在宽阱情形下更为明显,而且压力效应显著.关键词:量子阱,三角势近似导带弯曲,施主杂质,流体静压力,结合能,LO声子内蒙古大学硕士毕业论文BINDINGENERGIESoFDONORSINAlxG
