1、RECK、MMP一14、endostatin及VEGF在喉癌中的表达及相关性研究[摘要]目的观察RECK、MMP一14、endostatin及VEGF在喉癌中的表达，并对其相关性进行分析。方法应用流式细胞检测仪检测40例喉癌患者的喉癌组织（喉癌组）、癌旁组织（癌旁组）及喉部正常粘膜组织（对照组）中RECK、MMP-14、endostatin及VEGF的表达水平，并统计分析其表达与喉癌临床病理因素的关系及其之间的相关性。结果对不同组织中RECK、MMP-14、endostatin及VEGF进行流式
2、细胞仪检测，结果为在喉癌组织中，RECK、endostatin的FI表达量显著低于癌旁组及对照组(P＜0.05）；MMP-14及VEGF蛋白的FI表达量显著高于癌旁组及对照组(P＜0.05）；分析喉癌组织中RECK、MMP-14、endostatin及VEGF的FI表达量与临床各参数的关系，结果为RECK、MMP-14、endostatin及VEGF的FI表达量与喉癌组织的转化程度、是否发生淋巴结转移及临床分期病理组织学分级密切相关（P＜0.05），但与年龄的关系不密切（P＞0.05）；表达相关
3、性结果显示，喉癌组织中RECK与MMP一14表达呈显著地负相关线性关系（r=-0.765,P＜0.03），喉癌组织中endostatin与VEGF表达呈显著地负相关线性关系（r=-0.563,P＜0.04）。结论RECK、MMP-14、endostatin及VEGF均有可能参与到喉癌的发生、发展、分化及转移过程中，并呈现出一定的相关性，联合检测RECK、MMP-14、endostatin及VEGF的表达，可能有利于临床上喉癌的诊断。[关键词]喉癌；RECK；MMP一14；endostatin；V
