4、ofintroducingthedualwindingsinparallelofW+晰mstrengthenlineisproposed,aswellasthebalancecompensationscheme.Adetailedanalysisofthebalancecompensationprogramiscarriedout,andabasedSmileVarGenerator(SVG)tractiontransformerbalancedcompensationdeviceisanalyzed.Itisshownthatthe
5、balancecompensationdeviceiscapableofactivepowertransferfromphaseinTNwindingtotheFNwinding,andCansolvetheF-Nwindingoverloadproblem,whileitisalsousedtobalancethetractiononbothsidesofthesidepowerandcompensatethereactivecomponentofbothsides.Finally,thepurposeoftheeliminatio
