3、atingrefractory.Thispapertakesfinepowderofforsterite,lightsinteringMgO,fusedmagnesiaandmicrosilicaasrawmaterialtostudytheinfluenceofprocessingparametersonthecharacteristicsofforsteritebasedlightweightbrickandtomakecorrelativeindustrialtest.Forsteritebasedlightweightbri

4、ckscouldbemadebyfoamingmethod.Whensodiumhexametaphosphatewasusedaswaterreducingagent,itsoptimaladditionwas0.2wt%.Sodiumcitl‘atewasusedtodispersetheagglomeratesinthefoammudevenlyaswellasitsbestadditionwas0.10wt%.WhenmoderateMgCl2aqwasadded,bulkdensityandgreenstrengthoft

5、hesamplesshowedasensiblerise.WhentheproportionoflightsinteringMgOandfusedmagnesiawas3:2(wt%),theactivityoflightsinteringMgOcouldbecontrolledefficientlyandconsequentl)7strengthofthesamplescouldbeensured.Microsilicacouldimprovetheplasticityofthefoammudstrikinglyanditsopt

6、imaladditionshouldbe3wt%.Forsteritebasedlightweightbrickscouldbemadebyinclusionofcombustiblematerials.Thesamplessinteredat1500。Cfor3hshowedsmallreheatinglinearchangeandgoodthermalstability.Ricehuskpowderwasusedaspore—formingagenttoreducebulkdensityofproductsan(Iitsbest
