3、reatmentgroup(30)wastreatedbytheTuinaManipulationRobotwhilethecontrolgroup(30)wastreatedbyTuinadoctor.Treatmenttime:onetimeaday,14daysasatreatmentcourseandtotallyneedtowcourses.Usethepatients,clinicalsymptomsub-itemdegreegrading,visualanaloguepainscale(VAS)andth
4、etensionofthesofttissueastheefficacyindextoevaluate.Usetheadversereactionasthesafetyindextoevaluate.Results:60casesallcompletedthewholestudy.Baselineanalysis:twogroupofpatientsintermsofgenderandagehavenosignificantdifference（P>0.05）.Thatisthedifferencewasnotsign
5、ificantbetweenthetwogroups.Afterthetwocourse,bothofthetreatmentgroupandthecontrolgrouphaveasignificantdifferenceintermsofpatients,clinicalsymptomsub-itemdegreegrading,visualanaloguepainscale(VAS)andthetensionofthesofttissue（P<0.05）.ThatistheTuinaManipulationRobo
6、tandTuinadoctorbothcanimprovetheclinicalsymptomsofthepatients.Comparethecontrolgroupwiththetreatmentgroup,therearesignificantdifferencesintermsoflumbaractivityandsciatica（P<0.05）.ThatisTuinadoctordoitbetterthantheTuinaManipulationRobot.Exceptthatthereisnosignifi
7、cantdifferencebetweenthetwogroups（P>0.05）.Thetreatmentgroup,theclinicalcurerateis6.67%,themarkedlyeffectiverateis76.67%,theeffectivenessis16.67%,thewholeeffectivenessis100%.Whilethecontrolgroup,theclinicalcurerateis6.67%,themarkedlyeffectiverateis80.00%,theeffec
