2、plansintoaBIMProjectExecutionPlantoensurethatallpartiesareclearlyawareoftheopportunitiesandresponsibilitiesassociatedwiththeincorporationofBIMintotheprojectworkflow.TheBIMProjectExecutionPlanshoulddefinetheappropriateusesforBIMontheproje

3、ct(e.g.,designauthoring,costestimating,anddesigncoordination),alongwithadetaileddesignoftheprocessforexecutingBIMthroughouttheprojectlifecycle.Oncetheplaniscreated,theteamcanfollowandmonitortheirprogressagainstthisplantogainthemaximumbene
