1、浙江理工大学硕士学位论文聚酰亚胺纤维的制备及其结构性能研究becomehigherwithincreasingtemperature.Theviscousflowactivationenergydecreasedwithincreasingofshearrate,increasedwiththeincreasingsolutionconcentration.Thestructuralviscosityindexdecreasedwiththeincreasingtemperatureandthedecreasingsolutionconcentrati
2、on.ThePI-NMP—H20systemwasdeterminedbycloud-pointtitrationmethod.Thecloud—pointdataexhibitedalinearcorrelation.ThePI-NMP—H20ternaryphasediagramsatdifferenttemperaturesweredrewbythecomponentsofdifferentpolymerconcentrations.TheresultsshowedthatthepositionofbinodalsinthevicinityofP
3、I-NMPaxiswereclosedtoPI-NMPaxiswiththedecreasingtemperature.Therefore,polyimideas-spunfiberswithdensestructure,lessholesdistributionandbeRerperformancewouldbeobtainedbyhigherconcentrationofthespinningsolutionandlowertemperatureofthecoagulationbath.Inordertoobminpolyimidefiberswi
4、thdensestructure,lessholesdistributionandbetterperformance,thepolyimidespunfiberwaspreparedbywetspinning,inwhichthecoagulationbathwasthemixtureofNMPandH20.Theresultshowedthatpolyimideas-spunfiberswerepreparedwhenthetemperatureofcoagulationbathis100C,theratioofwaterandNMPis5:5,th
5、eratioofspinneretplatetensileinthefirstcoagulationbathandplasticstretchinginthesecondbathisabout2timesand1.5times.Thesize,tensilestrength,initialmodulusandelongationatbreakoffibersisrespectively7.95dtex,0.27cN/dtex,13.56cN/dtex,5.2%.Toacquirepolyimidefiberswithbettermechanicalan
6、dheatresistanceproperty,thespunfibershouldbetreatedathighertemperature.Theresultshowedthathighperformancepolyimidefiberswouldgetwhenheattemperatureandtimearerespectively30minand340。Cinnitrogenatmosphere.Thesize,tensilestrength,initialmodulusoffibersis9.23dtex,0.61cN/dtex,17.22cN
