2、titisinsufficienttoestablishadefinitivediagnosis．Itisessentialtoconductthebiopsytechnology,includingtransbronchiallungbiopsyand(or)surgicallungbiopsyforthedefinitivediagnosis．Theaimofourstudywastodiscussthediagnosticeffectoftransbronchiallungbiopsyonthediffuselungdisease．Methods19cas

3、eswithdiffuselungdiseaseindepartmentofrespirationofQiluHospitalofShandongUniversitysinceFebruary2012werecollected．Allthepatientshaveexecutedtransbronchiallungbiopsy,including9malesand10females．Theageofpatientswas76yearsoldatmaximumand36yearsoldatminimum，andthemeanagewas53yearsold．All

4、thepatientspossesstheundiagnosedcharacteristicsbasedonthemedicalhistory,thesymptomsandsigns，X—rayandchestCT,bacteriology,sputumcytologyandordinarybronchoscopyunderdirectvision．Aclinicalanalysisforthe19casesabovewasconductedResultsThelungtissuewassuccessfullyachievedfor19casesofpatien

5、tsbytransbronchiallungbiopsy,andtherateofaecesswas100％．8caseswerediagnosedbyTBLBin19patientswithdiffuselungdisease．Inthediagnosedpatients，2casesweretuberculosis，and5caseswerecancegandtheothercasewaseosinophilicpneumonia．Asmallnumberofpatientpresentbloodysputumonthesamedayorthenextday

6、aftertransbronchiallungbiopsy,andtheamountofbleedingwaslessthan15m1．Pneumothorax，hypoxemia，arrhythmia，infection，feverandothercomplicationsdidnotarise．ConclusionThetransbronchiallungbiopsyisanimportanttechniquewithmanyspecialtiessuchasliRletrauma，lesscost，goodrepeatabilityandhighsecur
