1、提要目的:观察通脉饮治疗动脉粥样硬化临床前期(PCA)病变的临床疗效。方法:将60例动脉粥样硬化临床前期病变患者随机分为两组,药物组30例,给予通脉饮治疗;对照组30例,给予强化生活方式指导,随访1年时间。结果:药物组成员的总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)有显著降低(P<0.01);对照组TC和LDL-C有显著降低(P<0.01),两组的甘油三脂(TG)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)在治疗前后没有达到统计学差异,药物组的TC较对照组降低(P=0.042,P<0.05),LDL-C也显著降低(P=0.004,P<0.01),而TG和HDL-C在两组间没有达到统计学差
2、异。药物组和对照组的颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)和颈动脉粥样硬化斑块Crouse积分在治疗后均有显著改善(P<0.01),而在药物组和对照组间,则未达到统计学差异(P=0.733,P=0.688)。药物组肱动脉-踝动脉脉搏波速度(baPWV)显著降低(P<0.01),对照组则没有降低(P=0.156);药物组baPWV低于对照组(P=0.037,P<0.05)。结论:通脉饮可以显著改善PCA患者的动脉结构和功能,强化生活方式也能一定程度的改善动脉结构和功能,但效果弱于通脉饮。以祛痰化瘀法组方的通脉饮,治疗动脉粥样硬化临床前期病变具有显著的疗效。关键词通脉饮;动脉粥样硬化临床
