1、AbstractAbstractDistributionnetworkplanningisdesignedtosolvetheproblemsexistinginthecurrentdistributionnetwork,andteasethegridstructureofthedistributionnetwork.Underthepremisethattheplanningmeetstheneedsofloadgrowth,theplanningschemeshouldimprovetheindicatorsofdistribut
2、ionnetworkoperation.Atthesametimetheplanningfocusesonperfectingandoptimizingthenetworkframestructure,coordinatingthesubordinatepowergridwiththesuperiorandenhancingtheloadtransferability.Therefore,thestudyofdistributionnetworkplanningisverynecessary.Inthispaper,themainwo
3、rkincludesseveralpartsasthefollowing:(1)Substationlocatingandsizingshouldconsidertheinfluenceofgeographicfactorssuchaslandproperties,trafficconditions,constructionconditions.Inthispaper,geographicinformationfactormodelisconstructedbasedontheimprovedidealpointmethod,andt
4、hemodelisembeddedintotheconstructionandoperationcosts.Tosolvethemodel,theinitialpopulationisdividedintomultiplesubpopulations.Amulti-populationdifferentialculturalalgorithmbasedonchaoticknowledgemigrationispresented.Thealgorithmdesignsfourkindsofspatialknowledgeguideevo
5、lution.Andknowledgemigrationintervalisdynamicallyadjustedaccordingtoevolutiontime.Thenchaossequenceisusedtodeeplyexploremigratedcellsfortheimprovementofthevalidityofmigratedknowledge.(2)Onthebasisofprocessedgeographicbackgroundpicture,consideringtherandomnessandfuzzines
