2、部分，对于优化建设市场的资源配置起着关键且无可替代的作用，招投标工作进行的好坏，直接影响到工程项目的成本和质量管理，本文通过对建设工程招投标过程中出现的问题做出了较为仔细的分析，并提出了有效的解决对策，希望能够对改善我国建设工程招投标市场环境，规范招投标工作，保障工程招投标活动的顺利实施，促进其健康发展起到一定的推动作用，以利于规范国家基本建设领域的合理秩序，为中国特色社会主义市场经济建设保驾护航。【关键词】建筑工程招投标、存在问题、解决措施、积极作用Theproblemsexistingintheconstructionprojectbidding
