1、序贯式结肠透析论文：序贯式结肠透析联合尿毒清保留灌肠治疗慢性肾衰的临床疗效观察【中文摘要】本课题旨在通过观察序贯式结肠透析联合尿毒清保留灌肠的治疗方法在阻断、延缓慢性肾功能衰竭进程中的疗效,为中医药治疗慢性肾功能衰竭提供更加有效的治疗方法和新的给药途径。方法：本研究将40例慢性肾衰病人按照1：1的比例分为2组,每组各20例。A组：尿毒清保留灌肠组。B组：序贯式结肠透析联合尿毒清保留灌肠组。疗程为4周,观察患者治疗前后中医证候积分、相关生化指标及肾小球率过滤的变化。采用SPSS17.0统计软件包进行统计学处理,计量资料用(X士S)表示,组内比较用配对t检验,组间比较
