4、身类····································19十九、抗眩晕用药········································20二十、儿科类············································20一、呼吸系统类(一﹚风寒感冒常识判断:其起因多是劳累,没休息好,再加上吹风或受凉,导致身体免疫机能下降,鼻咽部病毒大量繁殖容易并发细菌感染而发病。风寒感冒通常秋冬季节发生较多。症状有:恶寒重、发热轻、无汗、头痛身痛、鼻塞、流清涕、咳嗽吐稀白痰、口不渴或渴喜热饮、苔薄白。用药原则:辛温解表(多发汗)
5、为主。一般用药:流感丸、伤风停片、感冒清热软胶囊,感冒解毒颗粒.荆防颗粒,风寒感冒颗粒,九味羌活丸,感冒软胶囊.四季感冒胶囊.氨咖黄敏胶囊.病毒灵等第21页联合用药:中药感冒药物+抗炎药+抗病毒西药建议顾客:喝姜糖水、姜粥等,可用热水泡脚,最好加点酒,需要出汗。(二﹚风热感冒常识判断:风热感冒,其起因通常是感受风热之邪所引发,也有由风寒感冒转为风热感冒的现象,相当于感冒引发急性上呼吸道感染。症状有:发热重、微恶风、面赤,头胀痛、有汗、口鼻干燥,咽喉红肿疼痛、咳嗽、痰粘或黄、鼻塞黄涕、口渴喜饮、舌尖边红、苔薄白微黄。用药原则:辛凉解表(清热解毒)为主。一般用药:治感佳,柴黄片,
6、羚羊感冒片,银翘片.感冒咳嗽颗粒.板蓝根颗粒,桑菊感冒片.精制银翘解毒片.感冒止咳胶囊、双黄连胶囊、金感胶囊.、抗感胶囊等联合用药:对症中成药物+抗炎药+抗病毒西药建议顾客:多饮水,饮食易清淡。(一﹚胃肠感冒常识判断:因为病毒蔓延到胃肠道引起胃肠道炎症,伴有腹痛,腹泻,恶心,呕吐,发热。用药原则:抗炎药+抗病毒+止泻药一般用药:藿香正气液或胶囊,四季感冒片,健胃消食药联合用药:⑴藿香正气液+盐酸吗啉胍片+氟哌酸胶囊(儿童禁用)建议顾客:可以服用绿豆水、西瓜汁预防中暑,如发生中暑,马上到阴凉处,及时服用解暑药。(三)急性支气管炎常识判断:临床以咳嗽伴(或不伴)有支气管分泌物增多
7、为特征。多伴随有感冒症状同时出现。用药原则:祛痰止咳类+抗生素联合用药:⑴咳宁胶囊+青霉素V钾⑵板兰根冲剂+复方甘草片+头孢克肟 ①发热时可服用对乙酰胺基酚片 ②咳嗽频繁且无痰时,可服咳必清 ③痰粘稠不易咯出时,可口服必嗽平④伴哮喘时可口服氨茶碱芩暴红止咳片,氢溴酸右美沙芬口服液,,盐酸氨溴索口服液,强力枇杷露,头孢拉定,阿莫西林,琥乙红霉素,阿奇霉素等。建议顾客:多喝水,吃清淡、易消化食物,体弱者可口服多种维生素,维生素B2增强支气管粘膜抵抗力.平时积极锻炼身体,预防感冒,注意保暖,少抽烟,少饮
