4、arkets.Adetailedtransferoftheownershipofrurallandispresented,wherestandardizedmodellinglanguageUMLservesforvisualizationofthemodels.TheoutcomesofthisresearcharepresentedondifferentUMLdiagrams.Besidesthecomprehensivepresentationofthetransactionproceduresalsotherolesofinvolv
