1、本科毕业论文摘要华瑞光电(惠州)有限公司处于珠江三角洲东北端,受到“民工荒”的强烈冲击,产生了普工招聘难的现状。公司内部出现了缺少大量的普工的现象,导致生产线开不起来,订单产量达不到,严重影响了整个公司的正常运行。本文首先讲述了人力资源管理中招聘的基本理论知识,强调了招聘在整个人力资源管理中的重要性以及其实施原则、方法等内容。进而通过问卷调查和员工访谈,对公司现在的普工招聘体系进行分析,分析“招工难”发生的原因,总结了公司招聘工作的不足之处。最后根据总结的体系不足之处,结合理论知识,对招聘体系进行优化及再设计。本文从招聘出发,完全诠释了招聘体系之后,提
2、出了“开源节流”思想。节流是从员工的待遇、管理进行优化,留住现有员工,吸引外在人员。开源是优化整个招聘体系,首先建立人员规划,进而进行岗位分析、评价,确定任职标准,建立胜任力模型;通过对招聘工作的招聘准备、招聘渠道、甄选机制三部分分别进行优化,依照做好的招聘计划进行招聘。并且,本文将招聘有效性评估和离职面谈加入招聘体系,并提升到一定的高度,以便于对招聘体系进行调整和优化,保证整体的合理性。关键词:招工难;招聘体系;优化2本科毕业论文RecruitmentSystemOptimizationandRedesignofGeneralWorkersinVer
