2、tedoutcomesofaspoorperformance,jobdissatisfaction,andturnoverarefourrolevariablesinaretailsalescontext:work-familycostlyasexpensesduetorecruiting,training,lostproduc-conflict(WFC),family-workconflict(FWC),workroletivity,andmanagerialtimedevotedtosubstanda
3、rdconflict(RC),andworkroleambiguity(RA).Wetestedtheemployeescanbeexcessive.Furthermore,themarketingapplicabilityofthemodelwiththreecross-nationalsam-andcustomer-valuechainliteraturesstronglysuggestthatples,thatis,theUnitedStates,PuertoRico,andRomania,cust
4、omersatisfactionandretentionarepartiallybasedonandtheresultsrevealedthatthemodel'smeasuresandef-thecustomer-salesagentinterface,wheredissatisfiedfectsaremostlysimilaracrosssamples.Itwasalsopositedagentsmayprovidepoorcustomerservice.Thus,dissatis-andmostly
5、supportedthattheeffectsthatWFCandFWCfiedandpoor-performingretailsalespeoplecanaffectcus-haveonthejob-relatedoutcomesaregreaterthantheef-tomersatisfactionandloyalty(Hartline,Maxham,andfectsofRCandRA.ImplicationsconcerningtheeffectsofMcKee2000).Fromanintern
6、ationalperspective,suchrolevariablesforinternationalretailmanagersareoutcomesareparamountasaprimarydifficultyforinter-offered.nationalmanagersismaintainingaproductiveworkforceinanothercountry(MoneyandGraham1999).Keywords:work-familyconflict;jobstress;reta
