1、AbstractWiththespanofthecontinuousrigidframebridgesbecominglongerandthepierbecominghigher,itismuchmoreimportanttopayattentiontothestabilityandwind—resistantperformanceofthem.TakingtheWenmingBridgeandShandianjiangBridgeinRuchenHighwayasthebackgroundengineerings
2、,thestabilityandwind—resistantbehaviorwerestudiedinthispaper,whicharecomposedofthefollowingsixaspects.(1)ByuseofthefiniteelementprogramMidas-civil,thefirst—orderlinearstabilitiesinrepresentativeworkconditions,suchasthehighestpier,themaximumcantileverandthefulf
3、illedbridgeconditionofthetwobridges,wereanalysed.(2)ByuesofthefiniteelementprogramMidas—civilandwiththeeffectoftheinitialimperfectiontakenintoaccount,thegeometricalnonlinearitystabilitiesatthemaximumcantaleverstagewereanalysedtodiscusstheeffectofthegeometrical
4、nonlinearitytothestability.(3)ByuseofthefiniteelementprogramMidas—FEA,thegeometricalandmaterialnonlinearitystabilitiesatthemaximumcantaleverstagewereanalysed.Theresultsshowthattheeffectofmaterialnonlinearityinthestabilityanalysismustbeconsideredinordertoreveal
5、theultimatebearingcapacityofthestructure.(4)ByuseoftheFluentsoftware,theaerostaticcoefficientsofthesinglegirdercross—sectionofShandianjiangBridgewerecalculatedandtheeffectofdifferentfactorstoaerostaticcoe衔cientswerediscussedinthispaper.(5)Basedontheresultofthe
