1、ABSTRACTABSTRACT：LongdistancedrivingofEPBShieldinthecomplexstrataisabigproblembothathomeandabroad．Inthisstratacondition，shieldcuttersarewornoutseriously,andareeasytobedamagedandabraded．Tunnelinginsuchcaseswillleadtohighertorqueofthecutterhead，anddifficultiesoftheshielddr

2、iving．Itisalsohardtocontinuetunneling，andthentheshieldisforcedtoopenthecompartmentforcutterschanging．Therefore，thestudyofhowtoreducecutterswearinthecomplexstrataisthekeytechnologyofshieldtunneling．Inthispaper,basedondetailedfindingsofrelevanttheoreticalresearchesandengin

3、eeringinstancesoftheBeijingRailwayUndergroundConnectingLineandDalianMetroLineengineering，andtakeadvantageofon—sitemeasurements，theoreticalanalysisandnumericalsimulationfrommechanicalsoilandthecomplexgeologicalconditionsofthesoil，thepressurebalanceshieldtunnelingcutterswe

4、arproblemswasstudied，Themainresultsandconclusionsinthisstudycanbedrawnasfollows：(1)Systematicanalysisoftheworkingprincipleofthecutterswearcausesandinfluencingfactorsisgiven．Andtheresearchofcuttersintheformandarrangementofthetoollayoutwithavarietyofsoilapplicableismade．On
