2、,IEEEAbstractThispaperpresentsadetaileddescriptionofFinitelimitationimposedinitiallybytheanalogimplementationofControlSetModelPredictiveControl(FCS-MPC)appliedtocontrolloops.Thesecontrolmethodswerelateronadaptedpowerconverters.Severalkeyaspectsrelatedtothismethod-todi
3、scretetimedigitalimplementations,whicharecurrentlyologyare,indepth,presentedandcomparedwithtraditionalwidelyacceptedastheindustrystandard.powerconvertercontroltechniques,suchaslinearcontrollerswithpulsewidth-modulation-basedmethods.Thebasicconcepts,oper-Ontheotherhand
4、,digitalsignalprocessinghasexperi-atingprinciples,controldiagrams,andresultsareusedtoprovideencedanevenmoreexplosiveevolutionoverthelastdecades,acomparisonbetweenthedifferentcontrolstrategies.Theanalysisenablingtheimplementationofemergingand,usually,moreisperformedona
5、traditionalthree-phasevoltagesourceinverter,complexcontroltechniques.Someofthesemethodshavebeenusedasasimpleandcomprehensivereferenceframe.However,appliedtopowerconverters,amongthemfuzzy[5],[6],adap-additionaltopologiesandpowersystemsareaddressedtohighlightdifferences
