3、ratedproteinspinningsolutionwithhighviscosityandhighconcetrationispreparedwithmixedsolventofmercaptoethanolureadeionizedwatertofabricregeneratedproteinfiber.Theratioofwoolpowder,mercaptoethanol,ureaanddeionizedwateris1:1:1:1.Accordingtothedifferentconcentrationofspinningsolution,vacuumo
4、fthedeaerationtank,deaerationtimeandtemperatureofdeaeration,westudythedeaerationprocesstoresearchandevaluatethedegreeofdeaeration,removingairbubblesinthedopemaximumlimitly.Inthedeaerationstage,throughtheindependentdesignandprocessingequipmentcomparativeanalysisofthebubbleformationproces
