1、陕西中医学院硕士学位论文降糖通脉胶囊治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变的临床观察姓名：牛文哲申请学位级别：硕士专业：中医内科学指导教师：裴瑞霞201204中文摘要[目的]观察空腹及餐后2小时血糖、ABI指数及中医症候积分的变化情况，检验降糖通脉胶囊治疗2型糖尿病下肢血管病变的临床疗效。并且探讨糖尿病下肢血管病变的病理机制，从而为临床治疗提供科学理论依据。[方法]将60例2型糖尿病下肢血管病变患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)；对照组采用合理控制血糖的糖尿病基础治疗，治疗组在此基础上，加用降糖通脉胶

2、囊。治疗3个月后，比较2组空腹及餐后2小时血糖、ABI指数及中医症候积分的变化情况，并进行肝、肾功能检查，进行统计分析，判断疗效及用药安全性。[结果]降糖通脉胶囊组较对照组能有效改善患者血糖水平，改善患者ABI指数，同时明显缓解患者糖尿病下肢血管病变引起的相关症状。治疗前后患者的肝、肾功能无明显变化，具有良好的疗效和安全性。[结论]降糖通脉胶囊治疗2型糖尿病下肢血管病变(气阴两虚、血瘀阻络证)具有较好的临床疗效，对患者血糖、ABI指数及中医症候能有效改善。[关键词]降糖通脉胶囊；2型糖尿病；糖尿病
