2、lyoccurstofatiguebreak.Itisthemainfailureproductionoftheprocessofthemanufactureofringrolling.Thecorerolleristheimportantpartoftheringrollingmachineandlosspart,thelifetimeofcorerollerdirectlyinfluencethemanufacturingcostandefficient.The5CrNiMocorerollerofspecificbusines

3、sinGuiyangisappliedastheresearchtarget.Thefracturefailureanalysis,theanalysisofthehotrollingringformingprocess,thefatiguelifecalculationandfatiguecrackpropagationarecarriedout,theresearchcontentsareasfollows:①Thefracturefailureanalysisofcorerolleriscarriedoutwiththehel

4、pofthefractographyanalysistechnologywhichismainlyconsistedbychemicalcompositionanalysis,hardnesstest,metallographicexaminationandSEManalysis,theresultsindicatethatthefailuremechanismisfatiguecrack.②BasedonABAQUS/Explicit,afiniteelementmodelofclosedradialringrollingwase

5、stablished,theprocessofformingofringrollingisoptimized.Theforceanalysisiscarriedoutandthestressandstraindistributionsofthedifferentregionsofcorerollerisacquired.③Onthebasisofthefiniteelementanalysisofthecoreroller,theS-Ncurveof5CrNiMoandloadspectrumofthecoreroller,thew

6、holelifesimulationanalysisofthecorerolleriscarriedoutwiththehelpoftheMSC.Fatigue.Therelationshipsbetweenfatiguetotallifeandvariousfactorssuchasloadingscalecoefficient,thewayofmachining,andthemethodofsurfacetreatment,performancesofmaterialhavebeenanalysised.④Accordingto
