1、提要目的：观察以枳实消痞丸为主联合5-羟色胺3（5-HT3）受体拮抗剂治疗化疗后恶心、呕吐症状的临床疗效，并初步探讨其机理，为临床用药提供依据。方法：将符合纳入标准的30例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组16例，于化疗当天开始服用枳实消痞丸加减所构成的中药汤剂，同时给予5-HT3受体拮抗剂治疗；对照组14例，单纯采用5-HT3受体拮抗剂治疗。若两组患者出现严重的恶心呕吐症状，可酌情加用胃复安治疗。通过观察两组患者的恶心呕吐症状发生时间、症状积分以及止吐药物应用情况，研究枳实消痞丸联合5-HT3受体拮抗剂治疗化疗后恶心、呕吐症状的临床疗效。结果：研究表明，中药枳实消痞丸加减联

2、合5-HT3受体拮抗剂治疗化疗后恶心呕吐，能有效改善临床症状，减少恶心呕吐发生的频率，降低恶心呕吐发生的强度，且可以减少其他副作用的发生。与单用5-HT3受体拮抗剂相比较，其疗效优于后者。但是治疗组与对照组相比，其首次恶心呕吐症状的发生时间并未有明显延后；两组患者体力情况没有明显的差别。结论：中药枳实消痞丸联合5-HT3受体拮抗剂治疗化疗恶心呕吐可以有效改善恶心呕吐症状，提高患者的生活质量。关键词枳实消痞丸；化疗恶心呕吐；临床观察NewPillofFrutusCombination5-HT3ReceptorAntagonistsChemotherapyTreatingClin
