1、提要目的：应用调气活血法，以导师经验方调气活血汤治疗椎动脉型颈椎病气滞血瘀证患者，观察其临床疗效，以验证从调理气机、活血化瘀法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床可行性，探讨气滞血瘀导致椎动脉型颈椎病的机理，发掘中医药治疗颈椎病的新思路及方法。方法：选取符合标准的病例60例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，治疗组予调气活血汤，水煎服日一剂，早晚各一次服用。对照组予颈复康颗粒口服，每次1袋,每日2次。两组均治疗4周为1疗程，连续治疗2个疗程，治疗8周后判定临床总疗效，症状、体征及颈椎病治疗成绩、椎动脉型颈椎病功能(FS-CSA)、颈性眩晕症状与功能积分变化。结果：临床总有效率治疗组93.3%，对照

2、组60.0%，经统计学处理表明，治疗组优于对照组（R治疗＜R对照），同时治疗组临床症状与体征、颈椎病治疗成绩、椎动脉型颈椎病功能、颈性眩晕症状与功能的积分明显改善。结论：具有调理气机，活血化瘀作用的调气活血汤能明显改善患者临床症状，提高患者日常生活、工作能力以及心理和社会适应能力，从调气活血角度论治椎动脉型颈椎病确有良好的临床疗效。关键词椎动脉型颈椎病；气滞血瘀证；临床研究ClinicalResearchoncervicalspondylosisofvertebalarterytypeofqi-stagnancyandblood-stasissyndrometreatedfromth
