1、成都中医蔼大学硕士学位论文中文摘要目的：观察桃红八白饮治疗黄褐斑气滞血瘀证的临床疗效，初步探讨其作用机理。为寻求安全、有效的中药口服新方剂提供一定的资料和客观依据。方法：选择诊断明确的黄褐斑气滞血瘀证70例，随机分为两组，每组各35例。治疗组予内服桃红八白饮，每日l剂，分3次服用，每次约100毫升。对照组予内服桃红四物汤，服法同前。以一月为一疗程，每个疗程分别观察治疗前后的皮损面积和颜色，记录主要症状及次要症状，随时记录不良反应，最终对两组的观察项目进行统计学分析，评估治疗组的疗效。结果：治疗组基本治愈3例，显效13例，好转9例，无效9例，有效率为47．5％。对照
