1、对外经济贸易大学硕士学位论文中国绿色金融政策探讨姓名：任甲未申请学位级别：硕士专业：金融学指导教师：史燕平201105摘要绿色金融指金融部门把环境保护作为一项基本政策，在投融资决策中要考虑潜在的环境影响，把与环境条件相关的潜在的回报、风险和成本都要融合进金融机构的日常业务中，在金融经营活动中注重对生态环境的保护以及环境污染的治理，通过对社会经济资源的引导，促进社会的可持续发展。为了达到通过金融发展循环经济，走可持续发展的道路的目的，我国先后出台了一系列绿色金融政策。伴随着环保金融政策的密集出台，金融以其特有的方式校正着企业的环保经济行为和发

2、展方式，有效的参与了社会的环境保护工作，并已经产生巨大的社会效益和经济效益。但由于绿色金融的合作横跨环保、金融两大领域，且具有技术性高、专业性较强的特点，所以无论在政策的制定方面还是执行方面，都有亟待改进的地方。本文试图对现有金融政策产生的效果，存在的问题进行分析，并与国际经验相对照，再举例说明，在此基础上，对如何制定符合实际、行之有效的绿色金融政策提出建议。关键词：政策，问题，建议AbstractGreenfinancereferstothefmancialdepartmenttakeingprotectingtheenvironment
