2、ederalandotherpublicsectoragencies.ADRConsortiumMembers:ADRConsortiummembersarecertifiedmediatorsormediators-in-trainingwhohavebeenacceptedintotheADRConsortiumbytheProgramManagerinaccordancewiththeprinciplessetforthinthesebylaws.Membersarecurrentorformerpublic-sectoremployees,or

3、othervolunteers.CertifiedMediator:AcertifiedmediatorisonewhohasattainedcertificationthroughaWashingtonStatecountydisputeresolutioncenter,theWashingtonStateMediationAssociation,oraprogramthatoffersasimilarleveloftraining,examination,andpracticum.ConsortiumReviewBoard:AConsortiumR

4、eviewBoard(CRB)iscomprisedofthreememberswhoarecertifiedmediatorsandwhoareappointedbytheProgramManager.ACRBwillbeconvenedtohandleanallegationofaviolationofthemediatorstandardsofconductandwilldissolveafterthematterhasbeenresolved.Mediator-in-Training:Amediatorwhohasbeguntheprocess

5、ofbecomingacertifiedmediatorbyhaving,ataminimum,enrolledina40-hourbasicmediationtrainingprogram.Amediatorremainsamediator-in-traininguntilhavingbeenrecognizedascertifiedbyacertifyingagencysuchasadisputeresolutioncenter.ProgramManager:TheProgramManagerisacertifiedmediatorwhoisafe

6、deralemployeeonloantotheSeattleFederalExecutiveBoardfromhisorheragencyorwhoishireddirectlybytheSeattleFederalExecutiveBoard.4MembershipAmemberingoodstandingmustparticipateinaminimumoffourADRConsortiumactivitiesperyear.Activitiesinclude,butarenotlimitedto,mediations,facilitatedco

7、nversations,quarterlymeetings,annualtrainingconference,andspecialprojects.MembershipintheADRConsortiumwillbegovernedbybalancingworkloadrequirementsagainstthecurrentrosterofADRConsortiummembers,keepinginmindtheneedtoprovidecurrentmemberswithsufficientopportunitiestofulfilltheiran
