4、rotectiveeffectontheanimalsundergoingcerebralischemiaorspinalcordinjury.AdditionallyplentyofliteratureshavereportedthatHBOPcaninduceischemictoleranceintheorganssuchasheart,liver,kidney,spinalcordandbrain,whereasitsunderlyingmechanismsremainunclear.TheP2X7receptorisamember
5、ofthepurinergicP2XfamilyofATP-gatedionchannel,anddistributeswildlyinbrain.P2X7receptorisoneoftheupstreamregulatorysitesintheprocessofischemicbraininjury.Afterischemia,activationofP2X7receptorcanleadtothedeathofoligodendrocytesaswellasdamageofmyelinandwhitematter.meanwhile
