1、硕士学位论文3.颈动脉、股动脉IMT及肱动脉FMD相关关系105例受试者颈动脉、股动脉IMT与肱动脉FMD之间呈明显负相关(相应产.0.69、,=.0.74,均P<0.001)a结论1.外周大动脉如颈动脉、股动脉,其位置表浅,易于辨认和寻找,高频超声能准确测量颈动脉、股动脉IMT,再因它价格低廉、无创、重复性好,可作为检测外周大动脉粥样硬化的一种较好检查方法;2.随着冠状动脉病变程度加重,颈动脉、股动脉IMT值增加,肱动脉FMD降低;3.颈动脉、股动脉IMT以及肱动脉FMD与冠状动脉粥样硬化密切相关,外周动脉粥样
