1、经皮肾镜手术患者采用优质护理干预措施实施护理的效果研究杨泽容（四川省眉山市仁寿县人民医院泌尿外科四川眉山620500）【摘要】冃的：探究经皮肾镜手术患者采用优质护理干预措施实施护理的效果。方法：选择2012年6月至2014年6月在我院接受治疗的90例经皮肾镜手术患者进行研究。选取2012年6月・2013年6月在我院接受治疗的45例定为对照组，选取2013年6月・2014年6月在我院接受治疗的45例定为观察组。两组患者均实施常规的护理措施，具体包括术前的常规检查、知识普及宣教等准备工作、术后饮食保养等护理措施。观
2、察组在此基础上，还给予优质的护理干预措施，具体为：优质的心理护理、优质的生活护理、行为护理干预、跟踪回访。结果：观察组患者给予优质护理干预后，其下床活动时间、拔尿管时间、拔肾造痿管时间均短于对照组，两组间具有显著性差异（PV0.01）,对比具有统计学意义。结论：采用优质护理干预措施对经皮肾镜手术患者实施护理的效果显著，能有效促进患者康复，临床运用价值高，可以推广使用。【关键词】经皮肾镜手术；优质护理干预；效果【屮图分类号】R47【文献标识码]B【文章编号】1003-5028（2015）5-0124-02Stud
