1、A《≥一．．1’I．摘要我国刑法对数罪中主刑的并罚原则做了较为明确的规定，但对数罪中被判处数个附加刑应采取什么原则并罚的问题，没有明确的规定。刑法第69条第2款规定，如果数罪中有判处附加刑的，附加刑仍须执行，其中附加刑种类相同的，合并执行，种类不同的，分别执行。合并执行指的是限制加重原则和吸收原则的运用，分别执行指的是并科原则的运用。罚金刑与罚金刑属于同一种类附加刑，应合并执行，应对最高人民法院《关于适用财产刑若干问题的规定》中对罚金刑并罚规定的累计方法予以否定，而适用限制加重原则。在适用时，应考虑到犯罪人实际缴纳罚金的能力，应以犯罪人个人全部财产为最高
