1、摘要进入2l世纪后，随着困际形势的发展及信息技术革命的到来，人们在越来越多的问题的处理上需要以大量的数据分析处理结果为依据。如何有效的收集数据和如何分析处理数据成为一个新的研究课题。本文以抽样调查，多元统计方法，数据可视化等分析方法进行数据的收集和分析处理。现将其流程简要汇报如下：首先，由于全面调查花费巨大，我们在进行数据采集时使用抽样调查，通过实地调查收集数据，保证数据的真实性和完整性。其次，通过利用数据选取、数据清沈和数据归约等数据预处理的方法，对问卷所得到的数据进行数据预处理。再次，对数据预处理后

2、所得到的数据进行研究，主要方法是通过多元统计分析方法和数据可视化方法末对数据进行分析和研究，其中运用了描述性统计分析、聚类分析、因子分析和可视化方法等，从多个角度来进行横向和纵向的分析，揭示各类现象内在数量规律性的理论和方法。最后，本文再以北京市中学和沿海省市中学教育技术装备调查研究为例子，通过对以上方法的综合运用，实现对北京市中学和沿海省市中学的办学条件进行的比较、分析，并提出北京市和沿海省市中学办学条件的区别，快速发现不足之处，以期更好地改善各省市中学办学条件，为尽快地实现教育现代化起到蕈要作用。关
