1、提要目的：探讨从肝和情志方面出发在冠心病室性早搏治疗中所起的作用。方法：通过文献研究和临床观察相结合的方法。1.文献研究：首先，从中医学方面，对历代文献进行梳理，寻找肝和情志对“心悸”“惊悸”致病的机理和论据；其次，查阅现代医学研究心理因素诱发冠心病室性早搏的相关资料，以及现阶段现代医学的治疗方法。2.临床研究：方法：将60例中年冠心病室性早搏患者随机分为治疗组30例，予经验方剂治疗，对照组30例，予可达龙口服，疗程为60天，观察治疗前后临床症状和实验室检查指标的变化。结果：经临床观察，治疗组患者的临床症状明显改善，其疗效与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.0

2、5)。早搏次数两组治疗前后均有明显减少，组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。观察组患者的室性早搏次数、心电图QT离散度、心电图ST-T等指标的改善明显优于对照组。结论：观察组从整体调控入手，强调情志因素在发病致病中的重要性，治疗冠心病室性早搏，显著改善了患者的临床症状和动态心电图表现，减少了室性早搏发生次数，降低了室性早搏的严重程度，同时兼有改善心肌缺血的作用。此研究肯定了从心肝理论出发治疗冠心病室性早搏的临床疗效，丰富了中医药治疗冠心病室性早搏的理论内容。关键词心肝情志冠心病室性早搏疏肝解郁Clinicalstudyofcoronaryheartdi
