1、提要目的：探讨从“阳微”论治冠心病心绞痛（胸痹）的合理性和可行性，及其具体临床应用。方法：收集近年来公开报道并附有确实疗效依据的方剂，整理其药物组成及其治疗原则。按冠心病心绞痛（胸痹）诊断标准收集临床病例，汇总其临床资料和首诊方剂组成，进行描述性统计分析，并对高频药物进行聚类分析。结果：报道方剂大体分为益气、益气养阴、益气养血、温阳等类型，其中益气活血类方剂最多。临床观察所用药物多平和，性温者居多；药味集中于甘、辛、苦等，尤甘味最多；归经广泛，包括心、脾、胃、肝、肺、肾经等；将高频药物27种聚为7类，前四类药物组成为扶正合
