1、中文摘要摘要：竞争情报领域的先驱者和思想领袖KirkW．M．Tyson先生在1998年就指出，人类社会的发展由工业时代经信息时代而将进入情报时代(IntelligenceAge)。孙子日：“知己知彼，百战不殆：不知彼而知己，一胜一负；不知彼不知己，每战必殆。"商场如战场，中国的企业要想在激烈的国际竞争中少失败、不失败、多打胜仗，必须要补齐竞争情报上的这块短板。竞争情报与人力、物力和财力一样，不仅是企业的资产，而且是保持企业竞争优势的战略武器。但在竞争情报工作的一般步骤中，信息搜集是耗费时间和资源最多的步骤。在信

2、息搜集这一阶段解决的主要问题是如何对信息进行定位并提取。本文在第一章明确了研究背景和意义以及国内外研究现状；在第二章对竞争情报进行了定义和说明；第三章列举了竞争情报的各种获取途径，并作了比较分析；在四章中，以作者经历的两个案例进行分析，说明了信息资源数据库的选用原因和应用方式；在最后的章节中得出结论，同时提出了针对中国企业在竞争情报信息资源应用方面的建议。论文提出了有效利用市场中现有的信息资源数据库作为搜集竞争情报的首要来源和解决方案的建议。希望能够为提高中国企业整体竞争实力，建立有效的战略模式，提升企业核心竞
