1、只开发不保护，或只保护不开发的思想，用动态管理的方法实现海岛资源开发与生态保护之间的协调。本文在通过综合分析广东海岛资源环境现状，海岛社会经济发展现状以及海岛生态系统现状的基础上，研究了海岛开发与管理的策略，从动态管理角度提出保护广东海岛生态的有效操作途径，为合理开发和利用广东的海岛资源提供新的政策指导思想。此外，本研究对全国的海岛管理还具有一定的借鉴意义。关键词：博岛，资源开发，生态保护，广东TheResearchofGuangdongIslandsResourcesExploitationandEcologicalProtectionMajor：ExecutiveMasterOfBusi
