1、摘要AbstractWiththeconstantimprovementofthemarketeconomyandsupportofnationalpolicy,entrepreneurshiphasbecomeatrendandacommonphenomenonintoday'ssociety.AbrahamMaslowhassaidthatextraordinaryalsofivelevelsofneed:physiological,security,ownership,honor,andself-worth.Entrepreneurshipisn
2、olongerjustforsurvive,nowmorefortheself-worthandwinthehonor.Entrepreneurshiphasbecomeanimportantcomponentofpersonalandsociallife.ThereforthesameseeentrepreneurialeconomyhasbecometheenginetopromoteChina'srapideconomicgrowth,itscontributiontoboostGDPgrowthandcreateemploymentopport
3、unities.Butnotallentrepreneurscansurviveinthisentrepreneurialwave.Ontheonehand,withtheever-expandingamountofinformation,theintensificationofglobalcompetition,technologyupdatestospeedupandotherfactors,makesthedegreeofrisksanduncertaintiesfacedbyentrepreneursarehigherthananyoneper
4、iod.Ontheotherhand,therehavenotenoughcashtosupportforindividualentrepreneurs,modelsofsuccessfulmanagementandclearstrategiesforthefuture,sowithstandrisksandemergenciesabilityarelow.Entrepreneurialactivityinthefaceofsuchacomplexenvironment,moreandmoreinclinedtoadopttheentrepreneur
5、ialteammode.Reviewthepreviousliteraturecanbefoundinresearchonentrepreneurialactivityisstillverylimited,andthemajorityofentrepreneurshipresearchliteratureregardedresearchfocusesonthepersonalcharacteristicsofentrepreneurs,entrepreneurialteamstillinitsinfancy.Butconstrainedbytheabi
6、lityandenergyofasingleentrepreneurinreallifeitisdifficulttosuccessinthecaseofshortageofresources.Composedofastructurecomplementaryclarifytherespectiverolesofentrepreneurialteamventureguaranteeofsuccess.Sinceitisateaminevitablyproduceconflict,contradiction,traditionalconflictview
