1、摘要摘要全球范围内，创业活动的活跃程度不断加强，创业研究的发展也随之兴起。以创新为本质的创业则成为企业生存发展的必要条件，创业管理也成为适应环境变化和企业发展需要而产生的一种新型管理方法。而本文正是基于中国创业背景下对创业机会和创业绩效的关系进行实证研究和验证，丰富和弥补这一研究领域的成果。本文研究创业机会与创业绩效的关系，一方面，基于创业机会的研究视角，来探讨创业机会及其各维度对创业绩效的直接影响；另一方面，在研究这种影响关系的过程中考虑资源整合能力作为中介变量的影响作用。本文在通过对云南省250家新创企业的

2、问卷调研中获得样本数据后，采用因子分析和结构化方程模型的统计分析方法进行了实证研究，实证检验创业机会与创业绩效的关系的过程中，引入了资源整合能力作为中介变量，资源整合能力在创业机会与创业绩效关系中所起的作用。最后对模型进行了检验，对8条假设验证结果进行了讨论。因此，本论文的研究具有较强的理论意义和实践意义。关键词：创业；创业机会识别；资源整合能力；创业绩效1AbstractAbstractThevibrancyofentrepreneurshipiswiderandwideraroundtheworldandt
