1、武汉理工大学硕士学位论文决策支持系统与人工智能技术在主动服务中的应用姓名：曹欣申请学位级别：硕士专业：计算机应用技术指导教师：王舜燕20120630摘要主动服务技术在不断的研究和探索中，已经表现出了种种的优点和特性，如，传统的Web服务基于固定模块，可扫；对用户需求变化不可感知等。主动服务克服了上述的缺点，能够根据墨求从互联网或者本地搜索出能够提供服务的程序模块，并进行组装。但是，这个过程如果不采用一些良好的方法去实现，则会显得相当困难。本文主要基于人工智能技术和决策支持系统，应用决策科学及有关学科的理论与方法，以人机交互方式辅助决策者解决半结构化和非结构化决策问题的特性，试图提供更加

2、有效、准确的构件检索的解决方案。本文将介绍几种人工智能方法，并且与DSS(决策支持系统)结合，利用改进的IDSS提供上述的解决方案。当然，主动服务的各个环节中使用的算法也多种多样，如，利用人工智能进行构件检索；利用本体论进行构件的排序组装的。本文是要充分利用决策支持系统的优点针对不同的用户需求来制定决策活动，得出最优构件组织检索方案，并且利用人工智能的特性对决策支持系统进行改造，使之对用户需求的理解分析更加准确。通过前期进行更加准确的决策分析，可以减少主动服务系统对用户需求的误判，从而检索出更加有质量的构件。这对主动服务模式下的网络环境也能起到改善作用。关键词：主动服务，决策支持系统，
