2、load,andthephaseshiftingandfrequencyconversioncontrolmethodareusuallyusedforprimarypowertransmittertofulfillthevariousrequirementsofoutputpower.Forthedifferentsizeofloadatdifferentpowerlevel,theregionuncoveredbyloadexistselectromagneticleakagewiththesinglecoilstructure,whichwillreducethesystemt
3、ransferefficiencyandcausepotentialsafetyproblemforpeopleandmetalforeignobjects,andthedecreasedefficiencyproblemcouldn’tbesolvedbyimprovingcontrolmethodoroptimizingsystemparameters.Basedontheexistingproblemabove,thispaperusescoildesignandoptimizationmethodforpowertransfercoil,toimprovethesystemt
4、ransferefficiencyandreducetheelectromagneticleakage.ThispaperisbasedonthepowertransmittercoildesignofICPTsystem,andthemaintasksincludethefollowing:①Thebasicprinciple,systemstructureandmaincircuitofmulti-powerICPTsystemwereintroducedinthepaper,thenseveralefficiencyoptimizationmethodformulti-powe
5、rICPTsystemwerecomparedandanalyzed,andtheoptimizationmethodinthispaperwasestablishedbasedontheoptimizationofpowertransmittercoilstructure.②Aimedatthedesignandoptimizationofprimarypowertransmittercoil,theinfluenceparametersonsystemefficiency,structureofelectromagneticcouplingmechanism,influencef
6、actorsonselfinductanceandmutualinductanceofcoilandelectromagneticshieldingmethodswereanalyzedrespectively.③ThecoildesignflowofICPTsystemwasintroduced,andtheJMAGsimulationmodelwasestablishedbasedonthepowertransmittercoilwithsinglecoilstructure,thentheelectromagneticshieldingwasoptimizedbytwoaspe
