1、摘要本文主要采用平衡法、滤取法、硝酸银染色一滤取法、可蒸发水含量法分别对水泥浆体结合外渗和内掺氯离子性能,氯离子在砂浆中的迁移规律以及砂浆孔隙率进行了研究。分析了组分材料和试验条件对浆体结合氯离子性能和氯离子在砂浆中迁移规律的影响,比较了浆体组分材料对硬化浆体结合外渗与内掺氯离子性能影响的区别及其结合机理,同时分析了氯离子在砂浆中的迁移规律与砂浆孔隙率和浆体结合外渗氯离子性能的相关性。试验研究结果表明:粉煤灰、矿渣的掺入有利于提高浆体结合氯离子性能,但是提高幅度较小,相对于纯水泥浆体,最大提高约20%;氯离子结合剂能显著提高浆体结合氯离子能力,氯离子结合剂与矿渣复掺效果最好,提高幅度
2、约100%;在本文试验范围内,浆体结合氯离子量随温度的增高、氯离子浓度的增大而增大;磨细矿渣和氯离子结合剂均能减小氯离子在砂浆中的渗透深度和游离氯离子含量,磨细矿渣的作用较为显著。氯离子在砂浆中的迁移深度和游离氯离子平均含量与砂浆大孔孔隙率的相关性最好,与砂浆总孔隙率、浆体结合氯离子性能的相关性较差。关键词结合氯离子,渗透深度,游离氯离子含量,砂浆孔隙率Inthispaper,the"EquallingMethod'’,the‘'LeachingMethod'’,the"AgN03Coloring-LeachingMethod'’andthe“EvaporableWaterMetho
