1、掺杂纳米TiO:半导体光催化剂的制各与光催化性能的研究摘要自从上个世纪七十年代,人们发现纳米氧化钛的光致催化特性后,光催化研究领域成为科研工作者的研究热点。对纳米氧化钛进行改性,使其运用到环保领域,具有重大的实际意义。本论文采用溶胶一凝胶法制备出掺杂纳米W03/Ti02粉体和掺杂Sn02/Ti02粉体;采用粒子凝胶法,浸渍提拉法在洁净玻璃表面制各出均匀,半透明的掺杂WO/Ti02光催化膜和Sn02/Ti02光催化膜。探讨了工艺参数:加入不同种类掺杂物质,不同含量的掺杂量,不同热处理温度,对相组成,相变,晶粒尺寸及光催化性能的影响。采用XRD.TEM.BET,
2、AFM.可见光透过光谱分析,分光光度计测试手段对所制各的材料进行表征,并分析各因素对光催化性能的影响。探讨结果表明:采用溶胶一凝胶法能够制备出具有光催化特性的纳米光催化粉体;同样采用粒子凝胶法,浸渍提拉法能够制各出纳米光催化薄膜。掺杂种类,掺杂量,热处理温度等因素会影响光催化性能。0.5%(nw03/nri02),1%(ns。02/nTi02)掺杂(摩尔比)的样品具有较高的光催化效率,分别可达96.35%,96.55%,其热处理温度为350℃.而相同含量的光催化膜降解率分别为67.4%,79.6%,光催化膜的降解率要低于粉体的降解率。关键词:光催化剂氧化钛三
