1、山东大学硕士学位论文摘要根据石材异型制品加工设备的实际控制需要，结合当前数控技术发展的现状与趋势，研究开发了面向石材异型制品加工设备的数控系统。本系统的开发在WindowsNT／2000操作系统下，采用vC++开发工具开发完成。运用面向对象的思想，构建了数控系统的模块化体系结构，设计和开发了相应的各个功能模块。采用软件化数控的开发思想，开发了一套经济实用的开放式数控系统。论文在对几种石材异型制品加工设备的控制需求及系统特点详细分析的基础上，作出了面向石材异型制品加工设备的数控系统的总体规划，从软件、硬件及人机交互界面等方面作了的具{本，1：发设计。论文对数控系统加工代码进行了分析，开

3、勺代码编辑及语法检查模块。代码编辑模块不仅具备完整的文本和文件操作功能，固定格式自动生成功能，而且还实现了对语法关键字的格式化处理；浯法检查模块采用逐层检查法，逻辑严谨，能够根据错误给出相应的修改提示，显著提高编程效率。开发了数控系统的插补模块，对插补算法作了分析，对圆弧插补算法作了改进，解决了圆弧插补过象限运算繁琐的问题，使模块的实现变的相对简单，大大减少了编程量。充分利用操作系统的多任务特性，构建了数控系统的多线程体系结构。对Windows操作系统下数控系统实时性问题的几种解决方案进行了分析研究，并针对石材异型制品的加工特性，初步解决了系统的实时性问题。数控系统豹开发
