4、案证治经验的系统分析鲁纯纵，刘英锋（江西中医学院，南昌330006） 摘要：《伤寒论》经典方剂小柴胡汤，对后世临床有着深远的影响，其树一经之大法而启和方之开端。后世医家对小柴胡汤的灵活运用，也不仅是一方多用、广开病种，更有推衍其立法而活化其类方。因此，极有必要对后世柴胡类方的化裁运用进行挖掘整理，才能充分发挥本方立法之精义。文章以《中华医典》为检索途径，系统收集了柴胡类方一百余例，并对其进行分析归纳和异同比较，发掘小柴胡汤之和法的深厚内涵，总结其化裁衍方的规律。关键词：小柴胡汤；古代医家；医案；证治经验基金资
