1、中文摘要随着石化工业的快速发展,乙烯产量的不断提高,乙烯球罐正向高参数、大型化方向发展,这种发展趋势对乙烯球罐用钢提出了更高的要求。本课题以低温压力容器用钢07MnNiCrlvIoⅥ)R为研究对象,利用SYSWELD焊接有限元分析软件,模拟了07MnNiCrl订oⅥ)R钢的焊接温度场的变化,获得了不同工艺参数下焊接热影响区的热循环曲线,并分析给出工艺参数与t8,5和tH的关系模型。采用热模拟的方法对07MnNiCrMoⅥ)R钢的焊接热影响区的性能进行了研究,分析07MnNiCr]MoVDR钢在不同焊接工艺参数下焊接热影响区的组织和性能的变化,粗晶热影响区是低温韧性
2、最差的区域,在小线能量(10KJ/cm)和较高的预热温度(180℃)下能够得到较好的性能。此外,使用线性回归的方法给出了性能的预测公式,并以低温韧性最优解作为目标函数优化了焊接工艺,小线能量和高预热温度是焊接的最佳工艺参数。最后还通过回火热处理考察了组织性能的变化。研究发现07MnNiCr]MoVDR钢热处理后存在着再热脆性,这与合金元素在晶界的析出有关。再热脆性预示着此钢在焊后热处理时,可能存在再热裂纹的倾向。因此,热处理工艺还需改进和完善。关键词:07MnNiCrMoVDR钢;热影响区性能;热模拟;热处理ABSTRACTEthylenesphericaltan
