1、接待型饭店人力资源管理摘要接待型饭店人力资源是饭店的灵魂，其质量直接决定顾客经历的质量，即而影响饭店效益，所以人力资源在接待型饭店的经营管理过程中占有举足轻重的地位。但是随着市场竞争环境的日趋复杂，不可控因素越来越多，人力资源危机在现代饭店日益突显。如何平稳地度过危机，成为了企业必须要解决的重要问题。本文通过分析接待型饭店业人力资源管理结构分布失衡、观念陈旧和决策层对人力资源开发的重视程度不够的现状，指出了接待型饭店人力资源管理存在的三大主要问题：人力资源管理理念落后，人力资源培训开发不足，人力资源激励机制缺失，并分析产生问题的原因。论文最后基于饭
2、店管理人力资源管理学的相关理论，提出了加强人力资源储备、激活用人机制、创新管理制度等用于解决饭店人力资源危机问题的对策。首先树立人力资源是第一资源的观念，其次不断完善人力资源开发体系和健全人力资源培训体系，再次深化绩效管理与薪酬体系改革，稳定员工，保持持续发展动力，同时建立协调发展的企业文化，凝聚人心，增强企业实力，只有这样才能有效实施人本管理。关键词：人力资源，接待型饭店，饭店管理22ABSTRACTHotelreception-basedhumanresourcesarethesoulofthehotel,directlydetermineth
