1、基于液压变压器的挖掘机动臂势能再生系统——张树忠邓斌柯坚基于液压变压器的挖掘机动臂势能再生系统张树忠邓斌柯坚西南交通大学,成都,610031摘要:为了解决挖掘机工作装置下降时大量势能转化为热能的问题,提出一种以液压蓄能器为储能元件,通过液压变压器回收和再利用动臂势能的节能系统。分析了其结构原理,并以7t的挖掘机为研究对象,建立了工作装置机械结构和液压系统模型;在典型挖掘循环中对动臂液压缸速度、蓄能器液压变压器转速和排量等参数进行了数值仿真,并计算出动臂势能、回收能量、再利用能量和再生的流量等;对系统运行过程和能耗进行分析与对比
