2、新的表现形式。本文以美国“人道主义干预”为主题，对其原因、方式及特点进行了较为系统的分析论证，以期深化人们对当今国际政治中对外干预现象的认识。本文从国际背景和国内因素两方面分析了冷战后美国实行“人道主义干预”的深层次原因，包括国际上两极格局体系崩塌、地区冲突不断、人权观念受到重视以及美国实力有增无减、干涉主义传统和国内舆论、国会的推动促进作用。着重就美国进行“人道主义干预”的几个案例深入探讨了美国这一政策背后所隐藏的利益关系和霸权主义因素，并对人道主义的干预对象、干预方式和手段等方面进行了考察，进而揭示其“人道主义干预”的特点。
